Cos'è

Eucalyptus essential oil (eucalyptus globulus) is mainly known for its expectorant, decongestant, and balsamic properties. Excellent for steam inhalation, eucalyptus essential oil also boasts refreshing and purifying properties. When used in a room diffuser or oil burner, it provides a relaxing and calming sensation. This oil is also used for draining, relaxing, and muscle-relaxing massages. It can be added (just one or two drops are enough) to shampoo in case of seborrhea or dandruff, and to bath foam to enjoy the refreshing effect this essential oil provides. It is advisable to apply it diluted using a carrier oil, or by mixing a few drops with other formulations.
