Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of receiving the products, by sending a written communication via email to the address: customer@etereacosmesi.it.
The communication referred to in the previous point must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, attaching a copy of the receipt/invoice. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts, and together with the attached tax documentation.
Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Natural Cosmetic Srl will proceed with a refund to the payment instrument used for the purchase to reimburse the amount of the products subject to withdrawal as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the withdrawal. Natural Cosmetic Srl reserves the right not to accept returned products that have been altered from their original condition or damaged. If the recipient of the products specified in the order is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for the returned items will be refunded by Natural Cosmetic Srl to the individual who made the payment. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Natural Cosmetic Srl will not be liable for the return shipping costs or for any loss or damage to the products attributable to third parties.
Responsibility
Natural Cosmetic Srl assumes no responsibility for failures attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if they are due to malfunctions and failures of the Internet network, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the times specified in the contract. Natural Cosmetic Srl will also not be liable for damages, losses, and costs incurred by the customer as a result of the non-execution of the contract for reasons not attributable to them, unless they are due to an act or omission of Natural Cosmetic Srl, in which case the customer is only entitled to a full refund of the price paid and any additional charges incurred.
Natural Cosmetic Srl cannot be held responsible for the information, data, and any technical inaccuracies or other nature that may be contained on the website, if they have been provided by third parties and have been verified by Natural Cosmetic Srl according to the criteria of ordinary diligence. Natural Cosmetic Srl assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or unlawful use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, checks, and other means of payment when paying for purchased products, provided that all possible precautions have been taken based on the best knowledge and experience of the moment and in accordance with ordinary diligence.
