Are the products Eterea Cosmesi Naturale Nickel Tested?
Yes, all our products are Nickel tested and Dermatologically tested.
What is the shelf life of a product once opened?
Reference must be made to the PAO indicated on the packaging of all our products. The PAO ('period after opening') is represented by the symbol of an open jar with the number of months within which the product can be used after opening.
Do you test your products or ingredients on animals?
None of our products and none of the ingredients used in our formulas are tested on animals, in accordance with European regulations. In fact, since 2004, a law has been in force in the European Union that prohibits testing cosmetic products on animals, and since 2009, also individual ingredients.
Is it possible to find your products abroad?

Gift Card
How do Gift Cards work?
The Gift Cards Eterea Cosmesi Naturale are virtual gift cards of various amounts. Using them is easy, purchasing them even more so. Choose the Gift Card from our shop, select the desired amount, fill in the required fields if you want to leave a message for the recipient of the Voucher, proceed with the order and payment. You will receive an order confirmation email and a second email with the virtual Gift Card, which includes the gift code to use for future purchases. Please note: if you choose 'cash on delivery' as the payment method, the activation of the Gift Card is subject to confirmation of payment by the courier. This entails a wait of 5 to 10 working days. The Gift Card has no expiration date and can only be used for one order.

What are the preparation and shipping times for the order?
The package is prepared within 24 working hours following your order. Home delivery takes place on average within 24/48 working hours. If you place an order on a weekday by 2:00 PM, we will ship it the same day; otherwise, it will be processed the following day. If you make a purchase during the weekend or on holidays, we will ship your order on the next working day. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the link to track your package.
