The essential oil of mint arvensis is mainly known and appreciated for its mucolytic, balsamic and decongestant properties. If inserted into an environment diffuser or an essence burner, it provides a feeling of relaxation. Excellent for making fumigations, this essential oil gives a pleasant feeling of freshness. This essential oil is an ally of oral hygiene, it can indeed be used to make gargles: two drops diluted in a glass of water are enough. It is advisable to apply it diluted using a carrier oil, or by mixing a few drops with other formulations.
