The essential oil of grapefruit is extracted from the peel of the fruit (citrus paradisi) and is known, in aromatherapy, for its revitalizing and stimulating effect. It can be placed inside a room diffuser or an essence burner. It is ideal for a massage before sports activity, but also for draining massages. It also boasts sebum-regulating, purifying and astringent properties. It is suitable for oily and impure skin. It is advisable to apply it diluted using a carrier oil, or by mixing a few drops with other formulations.
