Grapefruit essential oil is extracted from the peel of the fruit (citrus paradisi) and is known in aromatherapy for its revitalizing and stimulating effect. It can be used in a room diffuser or oil burner. It is ideal for a massage before physical activity, as well as for draining massages. It also boasts sebum-regulating, purifying, and astringent properties. It is recommended for oily and impure skin. It is advisable to apply it diluted using a carrier oil, or by mixing a few drops with other formulations.
