Description

The essential oil of cajeput is extracted from the melaleuca leucadendron (a plant also known as white tea tree). This oil has a fragrance very similar to that of eucalyptus and is known for its analgesic, balsamic and soothing properties. It can be used to make fumigations or massages. In aromatherapy, it is known for its relaxing properties. It is advisable to apply it diluted using a carrier oil, or by mixing a few drops with other formulations.
