SAGE ESSENTIAL OIL

Sage essential oil is obtained through steam distillation of the plant's leaves. When placed in a room diffuser or oil burner, it provides a sense of well-being and relaxation. Due to its expectorant properties, sage essential oil can be used for steam inhalation. It also boasts deodorizing, sebum-regulating, astringent, and healing properties. It is often added to shampoos and lotions for oily hair. Toners containing sage essential oil are recommended for acne-prone, oily, or impure skin. It is advisable to apply it diluted using a carrier oil, or by mixing a few drops with other formulations.
